Taking Care of Your Lips

The skin on your lips is probably the second most sensitive skin part on your face, just after the skin under and around your eyes.
It tends to get dry and this can cause a very uncomfortable feeling and the look is unpleasant.
There’s nothing uglier than cracked dry lips and you won’t even be able to wear your favourite lipstick if you don’t have healthy lip skin.

Here are a few simple tips to help you take care of your lips:

1- Drink as many water during the day as you can. A dehydrated body shows many symptoms and dry lips is one of them. Make this a routine and you’ll see the result in all your skin, not only the lips.

2- Apply a specific lip zone hydrating lotion on your lips several times a day, everyday. Don’t go for lip effect glosses, what you need now is hydrating your lips with the most natural possible lotions. Preferably one whit high percentages of Vaseline.

3- Put some Vaseline in a clean toothbrush and brush your lips gently with it. This will exfoliate your lips and help you get rid of all the loose skins that the dryness have brought to your lips. Do it gently not to harm your sensitive lip skin.

4- Try on a few natural lip remedies. Take a spoon of honey, add some sugar and exfoliate the lips with it. This will hydrate your lips and exfoliate the lose skins as well.

Having nice looking lips it’s not easy for many of us. The cold and the sun alike can ruin the fragile skin. It’s up to us to make the best we can to keep our skin healthy so enjoy the tips and share some of your own if you will.

Consumer happiness - isn’t that the end goal of all beauty skin care products?  But what makes a consumer happy?  What can a product do to ensure that it paves the way to a positive experience for the women who use it?

The beauty skin care products market has grown larger than ever.  In some countries, in fact, it is the number one industry, greater than even financials and real estate.  Unfortunately, this immense growth has become a double-edged sword, serving to both benefit and harm consumers at various times.

With greater numbers of beauty skin care products available, the choice has become even more difficult for consumers.  Such a large volume usually means that for every great product you find, you’ll encounter a dozen or more that falls on mediocre.  As such, it isn’t uncommon to hear stories from women who had to spend thousands of dollars on ineffective beauty skin care products, before finding ones that are perfect for them.

On the flipside, the same variety has allowed many specialized solutions for women.  Instead of all-in-one beauty skin care products, you now get creams and gels intended for very specific skin types and conditions.  No matter how you analyze it, products that are specifically targeted will always work better than those intended for general use.

I honestly believe that consumers today are happier than ever with the quality and quantity of their beauty skin care product choices - even if it is a little harder to wade through the rocks before finding the gem.

When To Start Using Eye Anti Wrinkle Creams

When should you start using eye anti wrinkle creams?  The answer is usually different for each person, although the very idea of preventive skin care dictates that you should be using it as early as the time you hit your twenties.

If you regularly use moisturizing products for hydrating your skin, you have to realize that its effects do nothing for the area around your eyes.  The pores around the eyes and eye socket are one of the smallest and tightest in the body.  As such, they need their own special products  in order to receive the same benefits as the rest of your face.

Eye anti wrinkle creams, while they work the same as many hydrating moisturizers, are formulated differently due to the eye’s special requirements.  Typically, they should be applied before your regular moisturizers, to ensure that your eyes get the proper care before the rest of your face.

Should you be at a point where a dermatologist has suggested that you need to incorporate hydration and moisture retention into your skin regimen (e.g. you have dry skin), it usually also means starting with the use of eye anti wrinkle creams.  If damage is becoming apparent to other areas of your face, it only makes sense that your eyes are probably suffering the same way.

How To Use Under Eye Wrinkle Creams

While you can use under eye wrinkle creams any crazy way you want, it’s usually best to follow prescribed practices to ensure ideal results.  If you are a first time user, expect some initial difficulty.  Rest assured, it will get way easier, though.

Under eye wrinkle creams will rehydratre dry skin cells by pulling the moisture directly to the areas of your eyes that require it.  It’s a great product to include in your daily regimen, right before applying your facial moisturizer.

A lot of people avoid under eye wrinkle creams because of their propensity to get in the eyes.  If that happens to you, it usually means that you’re applying the product closer than you should be doing.  Whatever you’re doing, stop right it now and follow this recommended application instead:

1. Take a small amount of the under eye wrinkle cream and place it on your ring finger
2. Rub your two ring fingers to spread it equally as well as warm it a bit.  A warmer cream promotes deeper penetration.
3. Dot the product around the outer edge of your eye, along the ocular bone.
4. Rub the outer corners vertically, with a gentle massaging movement.
5. Sweep the fingers under the eye, in an arching left to right movement three to four times.
6. If your eyes are drier than most, you may also need to sweep it around the entire eye socket.

Best Face Cream For Normal Skin

What’s the best face cream for normal skin?  Ask that question at any online forum and you’ll get a million varied answers, with each respondent claiming to have “the best solution for you.”

I actually asked that once and I ended up trying a number of the suggested best face creams.  Based on what I’ve tried along with feedback from other users, these suggestions have become my favorites:

  • Products based on Argan oil.  Argan oil is an organic mineral that has been widely used in Israel and Morocco for a long time.  Filled with heaping amounts of antioxidants, it creates moisturizing and healing effects on skin throughout your body.  While it hasn’t made much dent in the mass market (it’s a little expensive), Argan oil is extensively used by many beauty experts and has been mentioned in the ingredients of some of the best face creams many models use in their beauty regimen.
  • Vitamin E-based products were continually mentioned among the best face creams and I couldn’t disagree.  Vitamin E is a terrific ingredient for repairing skin, apart from retaining a great amount of moisture.
  • Botanical-based products have long been a staple of anti-wrinkle creams and were suggested heavily throughout.
  • Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 is an ingredient in some of the best face cream recommendations that I was given during the time.  I was surprised, since I’ve never heard of it before.  After a bit of research, though, I found out that it was actually a substance that spurred both collagen and elastin production, reviving the activity that usually diminishes with age.
